Urban Intelligence Analyst
An entry-level role for someone who studied urban planning or geography, cares deeply about cities, and wants to build a career at the intersection of data, policy, and government advisory.
Urban Intelligence Advisor
A strategic, relationship-driven advisory role for someone who understands how cities work, how planners think, and how to translate complex data outputs into decisions that matter.

Send a CV and a short note about a city problem you care about. One business day to a human reply.
Intro call
45 minutes with a hiring engineer or planner. Mostly about what you have already worked on.
Working session
Two hours on a representative problem from a real deployment. Same format as a client working session.
Team chat
Conversations with two more people on the team. Offer within a week of that.
